What do I do if I don't love the edit?

Please let us know! Just reply to the email with the link to your song and let us know what changes you need. We’re happy to update the song until you love it. Even if the song matches what you submitted, we’ll still make revisions until the song is perfect for you. There is still no cost or commitment to purchase.

I don't own/have the rights to the song I want, can I buy it from you?

No, Clean Cut Sounds only provides editing and mixing services. You must have the rights to use the song in whatever capacity is required. For public and commercial usage, we recommend reaching out to ASCAP/BMI (www.ascap.com) for licensing and more information.

Clean Cut Sounds is awesome! Can I leave a review?

Absolutely! We love to hear your feedback (good and bad) so we can keep improving to make custom music simple for you. You can leave a review on our site for a specific song, drop a message on our BLOG, or leave a review for Clean Cut Sounds on Google. Thank You!

I have an urgent request. Can I request faster service?

Yes. While we strive for quick turnaround times that are usually less than 48 hours, we can sometimes receive a lot of requests at the same time. If your request is urgent, please fill out your song request form as usual but also either send an email to “sales@cleancutsounds.com” or fill out the “Contact Us” from under the Help menu to let us know you submitted an urgent request. We’ll confirm back and if we are able to deliver your song in 24 hours or less there will be a $29 expedite fee added to your song editing cost.

I'm not sure exactly what cuts I want, what should I do?

No problem at all. We have extensive experience helping artists realize their creative vision through music. Send us a “Custom” request and tell us as much as you can about what you are trying to achieve. We” come back with a quote including the cost and time required. This often includes consultation with you to understand your exact needs and multiple revisions until your song is perfect for you.

I'm getting an error when I submit the form, what should I do?

First, check the help pages for examples of how to complete the form to see if there is an easy to correct issue. Also note any message at the bottom of the form after you hit the submit button which might highlight the issue. If you are still having trouble, just email us directly at sales@cleancutsounds. We’re happy to help and apologize for any difficulty.

I don't want anyone else to be able to buy my edited song. Can I request exclusivity?

Absolutely. While we are able to offer low prices for our editing services by offering the cuts for sale, you have the option to make any of your songs exclusive for a higher price. Just add “6 month exclusivity” for $29 or indefinite exclusivity for $79 from the shop for any of your edited song purchases (only your own edits of course). When you receive the link to your edited song, you can add it to your cart and then click the shop button from the menu bar. Add the exclusivity you want to your cart and then checkout. You can also add multiple quantities of the exclusivity if buying more than one song at a time.

I have an unusual editing request that doesn't really fit the forms, what should I do?

We strive to help you realize your vision and are happy to arrange a time to discuss your needs (usually via google meet or phone call). We have extensive capabilities beyond cuts and edits. Just fill out a custom mix request and let us know as much as you can about what you are looking for. We’ll come back with a quote before you commit.
