Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Clean Cut Sounds, LLC (“CCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting services, or purchasing completed work, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided
You understand and agree that Clean Cut Sounds, LLC (CCS) provides music and song editing and/or mixing services. These services are outlined in the form that you complete to request an edit, the product description on any completed edits, and/or the quote that is provide to you for any custom services.
Intellectual Property
You warrant that you own the rights to any original music (and/or other materials provided to us) as required by relevant federal, state, and local laws and have the right to use that music (or other assets) in whatever manner you intend. All content, designs, and audio created by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to you, but we retain rights to any tools, code, or methods used.
Duplication & Resale
All services offered are strictly for your use, and use in your business (if applicable). You may not duplicate, share, distribute, or resell any edits/mixes that you have purchased.
Payment Terms
Unless separately agreed and outlined in the quote, all payments are due in full at the time of final delivery (purchase) of the non-watermarked version. Additional Fees: Chargebacks or refusal of previous payments will result in a $49 fee and revocation of download capability and usage rights. Expediting fee is optional and detailed in either the request form or quote prior to purchase.
Refund and Return Policy
Most editing services are offered with no upfront payment, or commitment. You do not need to purchase edits/mixes that you have requested. Before purchase, you are given the opportunity to listen and review the final product. You are also given the opportunity to request additional revisions before purchase. For this reason, there are no returns or refunds available after the edit/mix is purchased and downloaded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Cut Sounds, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Right to Refuse Service
CCS reserves the right to refuse to provide service for any reason including (but not limited to) the number of requests open without purchase, returned payments/chargebacks, current workload, or violation of any of the terms of this agreement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding improper conduct or non-payment.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
